Improvements

Circle now keeps track of the modlog message when saving things to her database, this allows the modlog to be hyperlinked in the c!modlogs command!
You can now choose if you want to view someone's server avatar or global avatar when using the c!avatar command.
We now officially support PluralKit.
Premium: Circle will no longer add the "appeal" button to ban DMs if the user's reason is listed as a blocked reason in ur ban appeal config.

Fixes

Circle got some grammar lessons! Sometimes Circle would add extra periods or commas to kick/ban reason DMs, not anymore.
Lots more smaller bug fixes.

Quick note from the developers (and aaron )

We're still working on porting c! commands over to / commands. We plan on turning on the /commands on as soon as they're up to our standards.
